A data-driven careers site that brings their brand to life

Challenge

After defining LloydsClinical’s employer brand “Remarkable colleagues. Delivering remarkable care,” we knew our next challenge: creating a digital experience that truly brings this brand to life. Our goal? Build a data-driven, SEO-optimised careers website that doesn’t just list jobs—it showcases the heart of LloydsClinical. This site needed to simplify the candidate journey, delivering a seamless, personalised experience. We set out to engage candidates with valuable content that would guide them effortlessly from discovery to application.

Approach

To make the careers journey meaningful, we harnessed smart careers tech to create a platform that felt personal and engaging from the very first click. Guided by data insights and real user behaviour, we designed a dynamic experience that instantly connects candidates with relevant jobs and content, from role insights to employee stories. Intelligent search functionality and seamless ATS integration streamline the process, making finding and applying for jobs as simple and efficient as possible. With an SEO strategy to maximise visibility, we ensured LloydsClinical’s brand would reach the right candidates authentically and effectively.
